Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times & Carriers
UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail (24h/48h) or DPD.
International Orders: Sent via FedEx Standard or Express.
Transit times are given in working days and may be subject to customs delays.
Please provide a mobile number at checkout to receive delivery updates by SMS as well as email.
UK Shipping
Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders.
Express Next Working Day delivery available (order before 4pm, extra cost applies).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide with FedEx.
Standard shipping costs and duties included at checkout.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.
Taxes & Customs
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid).
This means all import duties and fees are collected at checkout, so no extra charges on delivery.
Charges vary by destination country.
Please note: European countries are now subject to import taxes and duties, which will appear at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at orders@futsol.co with your name and order number.
Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses. See our FAQs for more details.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return policy (excludes sale items).
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Packaging is preferred.
To request a return, email returns@futsol.co with your order confirmation number in the subject line. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are not offered on sale items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, email returns@futsol.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
Each case will be handled individually, and we’ll work with you on a satisfactory solution.
