How do I know my size?
Please refer to our size guide, which can also be found on the respective product page.
How do I care for the items that I purchased?
Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. Please follow these instructions carefully.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diner's Club) as well as Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can multiple orders be combined?
We cannot combine orders so please make sure your orders are final when purchasing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipments in the UK typically take 2-3 business days, international order typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforeseen variables.
I just placed an order; can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any order once they are placed.
Can I edit or modify my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits.
I've used the incorrect shipping address; how do I change it?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed we are unable to make any edits to shipping addresses.
What courier providers do you use?
For domestic UK shipments we use Royal Mail, DPD, Evri or Hermes. For international shipments we use DHL Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?
No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
I am placing an international order. Does the shipping cost include customs, duties, and/or taxes?
VAT is included in the item price. International orders are subject to respective customs, duties, and/or taxes, depending on the order destination. These will be calculated by the courier and billed separately to the customer.
Will I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
How do I exchange or return an item
We are happy to exchange any product that we stock for a full refund. To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions located on our Terms & Conditions page.
When will I receive my store credit?
Once returned items are received, store credit can be issued within 5 – 7 business days.
Will sold out items be restocked?
To be notified of any restock, please click the ‘Notify Me When This Product Is In Stock’ link located on the respective item’s product page. Some items are limited edition and will not be restocked.
I placed a successful order; why have I not received a confirmation email?
If you placed a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email with an order number. If you have not received an email after one hour, please contact us to confirm the status of the order.
I have received a defective product. What should I do?
