Refund policy

We want you to love your Futsol pieces. If something isn’t right, please read the information below carefully so we can help resolve it quickly.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return at https://returnsportal.shop/futsol

Returns must be requested and authorised before sending items back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

All original tags must be attached.

Ideally returned in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Go to https://returnsportal.shop/futsol to create your return, exchange or request store credit.

If your return is approved, you will be provided with the return label or return address and instructions.

Items sent back without following this process will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs

International customers: Return shipping is at your own cost, information for shipping address is provided in the returns portal.

UK customers: We provide a Royal Mail return label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. (Exchanges do not incur a shipping fee.)

Exchanges

We only allow UK domestic exchanges. International orders can only be offered as store credit or a refund. Items can then be repurchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please  follow the steps in the return hub. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work to provide a satisfactory solution.

Gift cards

Sale items cannot be refunded. We are happy to offer exchange or store credit if stock allows. Gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your authorised return, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Notes on Sustainability

We are conscious of our environmental footprint, and returns are one of the biggest challenges for any e-commerce brand. To help reduce unnecessary returns, we provide detailed sizing information and are always happy to advise before you purchase. Please email hello@futsol.co for sizing or product questions.
